About BudgetWed

BudgetWed is a wedding financial command center. It keeps the target budget, expenses, contributions, vendors, guests, seating, and cash flow in one project.

What it tracks

Expenses with deposits and due dates. Contributions from family, savings, and gifts. Vendor quotes, booking status, and cancellation terms. Guest lists, RSVPs, and a seating chart. A stress score that shows when committed spend is outrunning confirmed funding.

Plans

Free includes one wedding and 50 guests. Premium raises the guest limit to 250. Premium+ removes the guest cap. Billing is granted by an administrator; accounts cannot switch themselves to a paid plan.

Currencies

Fourteen currencies are supported, including USD, EUR, GBP, ZAR, and others. Each wedding picks one currency.
